I have taken out the fuses, they are all fine. I tested the wires and they are receiving power. I have a 2012 Ford fiesta. Radio stopped working. There's a little green cog in one of the sides of the screen of the radio. On startup it gets stuck on the "Ford audio" entrance screen, but radio seems locked. I can access the phone on the menus, but radio button will do nothing..

The middle information display shows the radio as starting (Ford Audio message), but the radio, CD and Bluetooth all don't work, although the Bluetooth recognises the phone when you manually connect. The radio in your Ford should give you years of trouble-free performance. However, the factory radio unit may eventually fail from regular use. If it does fail, you can replace it with a factory re-manufactured unit or you can buy an aftermarket radio unit from a variety of aftermarket suppliers.

Evening all, Hope someone out there can help me - i need to input the code into my radio on my 06 Ford fiesta but the input buttons 1-2-3 do not work, only 4 does!
